Introducing the Canvas Help Center
The Stanford Canvas Support Team has compiled knowledge-base articles located in the Canvas Help Center. The Center serves as a self-help resources that is readily available to faculty, staff and students 24/7 and outside of business hours.
Articles range from basic step-by-step “how-to’s” for the Canvas platform to Stanford specific FAQs. How-to’s range from designing a course utilizing modules to creating discussion posts to enhance classroom collaboration. An example of a Stanford specific FAQ is bulk publishing files and setting usage rights to locating courses and setting preferences.
